Get the current ArbOS version running on Arbitrum Sepolia

In this challenge, you'll access the version of ArbOS running on Arbitrum Sepolia.

Create a function called getArbOSVersion that:

Connects to the ArbSys precompile on Arbitrum Sepolia

Calls the appropriate method to get the ArbOS version

Returns the version as a BigInt
